Martine Stillman

Martine Stillman is the VP of Engineering at Synapse Product Development, a Capgemini Invent company. She focuses on centering their engineering team at the cutting edge of innovation, ideation, and technical excellence, from concept through manufacturing. She is the architect and lead of Synapse's Sustainable Product Development initiative, which promotes a quantifiable sustainable design practice for all products, with a goal of Scope 3 reduction and mitigation. She is also actively involved in growing Synapse’s Climate Tech and carbon capture portfolio.
