France Brosseau

Vice President International Organizations, Montreal International

France Brosseau is Montréal International’s Vice President, International Organizations and Corporate Affaires. She joined Montréal International in 2018. In this role, she oversees the attraction and retention of international organizations in Montréal. Before working for Montréal International, France was Legal Advisor for The Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria and Legal Officer at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva. She was also a founding member of the board and secretary of the CEIMIA, one of the center of expertise of GPAI. 


France holds a Civil Law degree from the Université de Montréal, a certificate in French Law from Université de Paris 2 and a Master degree in International Projects Management from the ESCP-Europe (Paris). She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2006.
