A new key biodiversity platform for cross sectoral collaboration
For its inaugural launch, World Biodiversity Summit will help define what world leaders and the private sector in biodiversity and climate action need to do in the medium and long term to achieve sustainable development and hinder further biodiversity loss, focusing on partnerships and investment mechanisms as levers of progress. World Biodiversity Summit is a platform for responding to accelerating biodiversity loss, by using the Paris Agreement as a framework to learn from, promoting relevant solutions, innovations, and leadership networks, strengthening nature restoration and conservation. Nature-based solutions will be highlighted, from specificecosystems to global possibilities.

France Brosseau
Vice President International Organizations, Montreal International
France Brosseau is Montréal International’s Vice President, International Organizations and Corporate Affaires. She joined Montréal International in 2018. In this role, she oversees the attraction and retention of international organizations in Montréal. Before working for Montréal International, France was Legal Advisor for The Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria and Legal Officer at the International Labour Organisation (ILO) in Geneva. She was also a founding member of the board and secretary of the CEIMIA, one of the center of expertise of GPAI.Â
France holds a Civil Law degree from the Université de Montréal, a certificate in French Law from Université de Paris 2 and a Master degree in International Projects Management from the ESCP-Europe (Paris). She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2006.Â
