Lead, Food Initiative, Ellen MacArthur Foundation

Emma serves as the Lead of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation Food initiative, which has been mobilising industry towards a nature-positive food system based on the principles of the circular economy since its inception in June 2019, following the Cities and Circular Economy for Food (2019) report. Emma and her global team engage players from across the food value chain, along with city municipalities, to take a systemic approach to unlocking the powerful positive potential of the food system to play a key role in tackling climate change and building biodiversity.
